Matching logic for Meesho is still being built.
Your file was read locally and never uploaded anywhere. Column-by-column matching against Meesho's exact report format is in progress - check back soon, or let us know if you'd like to share a sample format to help us finish it faster.
Why Meesho reconciliation matters
Meesho's payment cycle involves forward shipping, RTO, and post-delivery return claims that each hit your payout differently, and a single order can show up across more than one payment cycle depending on when a return or claim is processed. Without matching the payment file against the order file line by line, a short payment or a claim that was never compensated is easy to miss.
How this will work
- Upload your payment file (.csv/.xlsx) and order file (.csv/.xlsx) - both stay on your device.
- The tool matches each order across both files by order ID.
- Any short payment, missing reimbursement, or fee overcharge is listed with the recoverable amount.
- Export the mismatch report as a spreadsheet.
Frequently asked questions
Is this tool free?
Yes - no signup, no usage limit, and no paid tier of this specific tool.
Does it upload my Meesho files anywhere?
No. Files you select are read locally in your browser; nothing is uploaded to Servicxy or anyone else.
Which Meesho reports do I need?
The Payment file and the Order file, exported from Meesho Supplier Panel, covering the same date range - CSV or XLSX both work.
Is the matching logic live yet?
Not yet - the upload flow works today, but order-by-order matching against Meesho's exact report columns, including claims and compensation lines, is still being built.
What counts as a "claim" in Meesho's payment file?
Meesho compensates sellers for certain RTO and damage scenarios as a separate claim line rather than a full order payment - this tool aims to reconcile those against the original order too, once the matching logic ships.
