- If your account has no FBA activity, FBA-specific fee lines simply won't appear - that's expected, not an error.

Is this tool free?
Yes, completely free, with no signup and no usage limit. There is no paid tier of this specific tool.
Does this tool upload my Amazon reports anywhere?
No. Every file you drop in is read and processed entirely inside your browser, in a background Web Worker. Nothing is uploaded to Servicxy or anyone else, and nothing is stored once you close or reload the page.
Which Amazon reports do I need?
The Order Report and the Transaction (payment) Report are required. Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display reports are optional - upload them if you want advertising figures (TACoS, ACoS, ROAS) included.
Why does my settlement report need to cover more than just the selected month?
Amazon typically releases payment for an order one to three weeks after it ships. Exporting your Transaction Report a few weeks into the following month lets the tool find the payments for last month's orders that were released later.
What does this report NOT include?
It does not calculate your cost of goods, profit margin, or GST liability, and it is not a substitute for GST return filing. It reconciles what Amazon reports it paid you against what Amazon reports it sold, using Amazon's own settlement data.
What file formats are supported?
The Order Report as a .txt export, and the Transaction Report and advertising reports as .xlsx or .csv, exactly as Amazon Seller Central exports them. Legacy .xls files are not supported - re-export as .xlsx.
Does this work on mobile?
Yes. The page and the upload flow both work on a phone browser, though exporting and locating the report files themselves is usually easier from a desktop.
