This Privacy Policy explains how SERVICXY DIGITAL ALLIANCES (Partnership Firm) handles personal data collected through this website for Amazon Growth Accelerator.

1. What we collect

Order details you submit: name, mobile number, email, brand/company name, marketplace, product URL/ASIN, optional notes, and - only when you request a GST invoice - legal business name, GSTIN, billing address, state, and PIN code. We also collect technical data needed to run the site (request logs, security signals) and, with your consent, analytics and marketing attribution data (UTM parameters, referrer, landing page, ad click IDs).

2. How we use it

To deliver the Service, communicate about your order, issue receipts/invoices, provide support, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with tax and legal obligations, and - with consent - measure marketing performance.

3. Payment data

Payments are processed by our payment provider. Your card/UPI credentials are entered with the provider, not on our servers; we receive only payment references and status needed to confirm your order.

4. Free tools

Servicxy also publishes a set of free tools (Amazon/Flipkart/Meesho reconciliation, GST invoice generator, barcode generator, listing title checker, keyword deduplicator, break-even ACoS and return-rate calculators, HSN/GST finder, image resizer, and label/PDF utilities) at servicxy.com/tools. These are provided free of charge and are not part of any paid order. Every one of these tools runs its calculations and file handling entirely in your browser using JavaScript - the files you upload or the numbers you type are read and processed on your own device and are never transmitted to our servers or seen by us. Where a tool asks you to choose a file (for example a reconciliation report), only the filename may be shown on screen for your reference; the file's contents stay local to your browser tab. We collect no personal data through the free tools beyond standard, non-identifying site analytics described in the Cookies section below.

5. Sharing

We share data only with processors needed to run the Service: the payment provider (payment processing), email delivery provider (order emails), infrastructure provider (hosting, security), and a reporting spreadsheet restricted to our operations. We do not sell personal data.

6. Cookies and consent

Necessary cookies keep the site working. Analytics and marketing cookies are used only after you opt in via the consent banner, and you can change your choice anytime using "Cookie preferences" in the footer.

7. Retention

Order and invoicing records are retained as required by Indian tax law (generally up to 8 years). Enquiry data not converting to an order is retained up to 24 months. Consent records are retained while your choice is active.

8. Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data (subject to legally required retention) by writing to the support contact below with the email used at checkout. We respond within a reasonable time and verify identity before acting.

9. Security and limits

We use HTTPS, restricted access, and server-side validation. No internet transmission is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security, and we notify affected users of incidents where required by law.
