Your files never leave your browser

Amazon Label and Invoice Separator

Split a combined Amazon shipping PDF into a labels-only file and an invoices-only file.

No file selected

How this will work

  1. Upload the combined PDF - it stays on your device.
  2. The tool detects which pages are labels and which are invoices.
  3. Download two separate PDFs: labels only, and invoices only.
  4. A per-order split (one ZIP, files named by order ID) will also be offered.

Frequently asked questions

Why would I need to split labels from invoices in the first place?

Amazon's bulk "Print Shipping Labels" PDF interleaves a label page and an invoice page per order. Most thermal label printers only need the label pages, and mixing invoice pages into that print job wastes labels or jams a thermal printer that isn't expecting a full A4 page in between.

Is this tool live yet?

Not yet - the upload and file-handling UI is real and working, but the actual page-detection logic needs a real sample of this exact combined PDF layout to build and verify against before it ships, rather than guessing at a format that could vary by print settings.

Will my PDF be uploaded to a server when this is live?

No - like every free tool on Servicxy, this is designed to parse and split the PDF entirely in your browser. Nothing about that data-handling approach will change once the detection logic ships.

Can I help get this built faster?

Yes - if you can share a sample of your combined label+invoice PDF (with order details redacted if you prefer) via the contact page, it directly speeds up building and verifying the real splitting logic.
